Come join me at The Great Art Factory Thursday, July 14th, 2011 from 6pm-10pm for art galleries, live art, hot performances, wine, good music and food trucks!
Island Def Jam just released the video for “I Want You” so check it out below.
My photo of friend and talented singer/songwriter Luke James was featured in last Summer’s issue of Amalgamation Magazine.
I was able capture him in the studio while recording his single “I Want You” — one of the most memorable moments of my photography career. When this song hits the airwaves and the history of music, I’ll be able to say I was there when it was goin’ down. Here are the rest of his photos from my series:
A desire to share their vision and complex style with a broad audience propelled Crux New York creators, Sennie Clark and Ahyiana Angel, to expand their hobby of revamping pieces and experimenting with unique accessories into a fashion forward reality. “CruxNY, accessories for the diva that does not follow the trends…she sets the trends.”
I absolutely love these CRUX ladies and you will too! These one-of-a-kind accessories are setting the standard out in NYC and I LIVE for creativity like this! Check them out! www.cruxny.com
For a special project, I called up a couple friends, threw on some music, grabbed the Canon and took pictures all day. Here is the result:

As a UCLA Alumni, I have attended the Jazz Reggae Festival annually for years, but this Memorial Day weekend I was able to be a part of history. UCLA celebrated 25 years of putting on an event that plays such an integral part of music culture in Los Angeles and I along with the S.O.Terik crew were the first set of live painters to grace the field. The day was filled with positive vibes, passionate performers, talented artists, music lovers and the best street food in L.A. I couldn’t have imagined of a better way to spend my holiday weekend.
Recently I was asked by some good friends, Calvin and Alvin Brownlee, to be a guest on the Speel It Show give a demonstration on how to paint! They are in the midst of taping their second season and I was more than happy to be a part of it! The show features discussions on a wide variety of topics and this season is filled with special guests and surprises! Be on the lookout for my episode coming soon! Stay tuned!
