HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Looking back on the past couple of years I have a lot to be thankful for. My family plays a very important role in everything I do and my extended family is what gives me that extra fuel to keep on pushin’. Having a solid team behind you can make or break your success in this industry and I have been fortunate enough to come across some crucial star players. From an opportunity to try something new to working hand in hand with me on multiple projects, every little bit counts. With an exciting new year around the corner, I couldn’t feel more blessed and grateful for the way my family and friends continue to amaze and inspire me year after year. BETSEY JOHNSON LA CANVAS EVENT – DRAI’S

Last month I was honored to paint live at the Drai’s rooftop pool located in the W Hotel for a special Betsey Johnson event hosted by the dope new magazine, LA Canvas. I was introduced to Mr. Drai’s himself before I started sketching and by the end of the night the venue was filled with a cool eclectic crowd down to have a good time on a Thursday night. This was definitely a show I won’t forget as party goers jumped into the pool throwing beach balls around while I was brushing away. What an experience .

REVIEW ON IAMROGUE.COM – COLOMBIANA

A couple weeks ago I was asked to film a movie review on a popular website hosted by Rogue Pictures for the upcoming movie Colombiana starring Zoe Zaldana and Michael Vartan. IAMROGUE.com offers exclusive access and insight into upcoming Rogue Pictures including movie trailers, photos and behind the scenes footage. We spent the day shooting at the iVogue store on Melrose. BLOOMFEST

This past weekend I had the pleasure of painting live at an outdoor art festival in the Downtown Arts District of Los Angeles with the Soterik crew. The day was celebrated with cool indie bands, tasty street food and a crowd of all ages looking to be inspired by some live art. It’s events like these that make me love what I do.

JAZMIN INTERVIEWS ON MTV & NBC

Then and now. From our very first interview on NBC to our latest on MTV, it’s been an amazing ride and we only plan to continue to keep it going. We have been blessed with so many memorable experiences so far, I can’t wait for what’s next!

“Introduced by Mario Lopez for an interview with the JAZMIN SISTERS on the premiere of MTV’s Top Pop Group. The ladies talk about what it was like growing up and perform Pussycat Dolls’ “Stick Wit U” for the judges.”

“Previously, JAZMIN was chosen by NBC as a finalists on Star Tomorrow, a music competition led by legendary music producer David Foster who likened them to En Vogue and TLC. The sisters advanced to become one of the Top 100 Bands and won an opportunity to jam with Foster and Mick Fleetwood.”
